MEDICAL INSURANCE

Your health comes first! You will have a free or 85% subsidised premium health insurance, depending on seniority and position in the company.

FLEXIBLE REMUNERATION

We have a plan to get the most out of your salary. There is the possibility of considerably increasing your net salary thanks to flexible remuneration plans: restaurant vouchers, childcare vouchers or transport vouchers are some of the options we will give you. You can save up to €1,100 a year in personal income tax.

MATERNITY ASSISTANCE

If you are a mother, congratulations from VB Group! We know how hard it is to go back to work and reconcile work and family life. That's why, until your baby is 12 months old, you can telework every day. And from 12 to 24 months, you will receive a childcare cheque of €2,000 per year (exempt from income tax).
