Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy Vb Group

This Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy regulates the conditions applicable to all tourist services contracted through Vb Group, including, among others, transportation reservations, accommodation, tourist packages, excursions, and complementary services.

The contracting of any of these services implies the customer's express acceptance of this policy.

1. Requests for Modifications and Cancellations

1.1. Any modification or cancellation must be requested by the customer through the Vb Group Customer Service Department via the channels provided for this purpose.

The effective date of the request will be the date on which it is received by Vb Group.

1.2. All requests will be subject to:

• The specific conditions of the contracted service provider, and

• The management fees established by Vb Group in this policy.

2. Modification Fees

2.1. If the rate or service contracted allows for modifications, the customer will be responsible for:

• Any modification fees applied by the supplier (if applicable), and

• The administration fees established by Vb Travel Group, which will be as follows:

a) Flight reservation modifications:

– €20 per person.

b) Modifications to other tourist products:

– €15 per reservation.

2.2. The indicated management fees will be applied regardless of how far in advance the customer requests the modification.

3. Cancellation Fees

3.1. All cancellations will be subject to:

• Any penalties or cancellation fees applied by the supplier (if applicable), and

• The administrative fees established by Vb Travel Group.

3.2. Administration fees for flight reservation cancellations:

An additional amount per person will be applied, depending on the total amount of the reservation:

• Total amount ≤ €500: €15 per person.

• Total amount > €500 and ≤ €1,000: €25 per person.

• Total amount > €1,000: €50 per person.

3.3. Issuance fee for flight reservations:

For reissued tickets or the purchase of additional services (in-flight meals, seat selection, additional baggage, among others), an additional fee of €6 will be applied, which is non-refundable.

3.4. Management fees for cancellation of other tourist products or package tours:

– €15 per booking.

3.5. The administration fees set out in this section will apply regardless of when the customer requests the cancellation.

4. Special Conditions of the Supplier

4.1. In the case of reservations for more than 5 rooms in the same hotel establishment, even if they have been made as separate reservations, the supplier may consider them as a group reservation and apply modification and cancellation policies that differ from those set out in this policy.

4.2. The customer is responsible for consulting these specific conditions before making the reservation, by contacting Vb Group in advance.

5. Pre-contractual Information

5.1. Before contracting, the customer will find detailed information on the Vb Group website about the modification and cancellation conditions applicable to each product, in accordance with the policies of the corresponding supplier.

6. No Show

6.1. Failure by the customer to show up at the date and time established for the provision of the service will result in:

• The total loss of the amount paid, without the right to a refund, and

• The application of the corresponding management fees and penalties.

6.2. Partial services that are not used will not be refunded.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds resulting from cancellations will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.

7.2. The estimated time frame for processing the refund will be 10 to 30 business days, which may vary depending on the provider or the corresponding financial institution.

7.3. All refunds will be made after deducting the applicable fees in accordance with this policy.

8. Travel Insurance

8.1. The customer may purchase any of our travel insurance policies.

9. Acceptance of the Policy

The purchase of any service through Vb Group implies the customer's express acceptance of this Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy.
